Dr. Loh Wei Chao is an Associate Professor and Consultant Neurologist at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He specializes in treating stroke and has a passion for teaching and mentoring within the medical fraternity. He joined UPM in 2014 and has held his current role since 2019. Dr. Loh is actively involved in research and has published extensively. His work spans diverse areas, including metagenomics, stroke awareness, and genetic analysis of neurological conditions. He also leads several research projects and supervises Master’s and PhD students.
